Hello, my lovelies, listen up to this alert 🙂 Because the weather has really started to turn cold — winter is here… The beanie, which almost all of us and everyone wears, is one of winter’s must-haves. You could even call it our saviour… So how should we wear a beanie?

Personally, I do, and I can say that to you with complete confidence… And of course I’m not the “only” one who wears it. Across world fashion in general, the beanie is one of the essentials of street style…

Yes, we can pair a beanie with anything and wear it…
We can wear it with sportswear or with a chic dress and heels. But what matters is wearing it the right way, and putting it together so it doesn’t look out of place on us…
I’d like to give you a few examples of outfits I love and wear.
Wear a below-the-knee winter dress, and on top put on a coat that will keep you warm too. For boots, go for this season’s on-trend flat ankle boots. Then pull your beanie onto your head. Believe me, all eyes will be on you. Now let’s get a bit daring. For example, let’s wear a tailored trouser suit with a stiletto underneath (I know, you’re saying “what next?” 🙂 And if we wear a half-strap bustier underneath, we’re all set 😉

Final outfit ideas
Finally, let’s put a nice, stylish beanie on our heads and stand out once again… By the way, I don’t think your face shape matters when it comes to beanie styles — a beanie is a beanie, right 🙂 It doesn’t matter whether you’re slim or curvy. Once you have confidence in yourself, everything else is sooo easy.
So, to finish, I’d like to give an example inspired by the style of world stars! For the final outfit, put on your over-the-knee boots (my favourite in winter 🙂 Wear one of this year’s trends, the hooded mini dress, on top. Braid your hair to the side, and slip on your hoop earrings. Then put on your beanie 😉 With this outfit you can go anywhere, day or night. I have no doubt you’ll feel like RIHANNA 🙂

Choosing the right style for your beanie outfits
The beanie family is a big one. Chunky knits and pom-pom styles, for example, are the warmest option in winter. Fine-knit or classic wool beanies offer a more urban, elegant look. French-style felt berets create a simple yet striking chic when paired with tailored trousers, a trench coat or a jacket.
- Colour: A beanie in the same shade as the main colour of your outfit creates a cohesive look. A beanie in a contrasting colour becomes the focal point of the outfit.
- Hair: Wearing a beanie pushed back to show your forehead brightens the face. Braided or wavy hair goes very well with a beanie.
- Texture: Balance a chunky-knit beanie with a smooth-fabric coat, and a fine beanie with a heavy overcoat.
