Model Agencies Guide 2026: Agencies in Turkey

This model agencies guide brings together verified agencies city by city and the application process for anyone who wants to take their first steps into modelling in Turkey.

Last updated: 3 November 2026. This guide sets out to answer the question most often asked by aspiring models in Turkey: which agencies are genuinely active in which city, and how do you apply? First, we checked each agency on the list by opening its own official website or verified Instagram account one by one. We deliberately left out agencies whose websites we could not reach, whose domain redirected elsewhere or which appeared only in third-party directories. The list will be updated regularly, so we recommend bookmarking this page.

How did we put this list together?

We looked for three conditions for an agency to make the list:

An accessible official website or a verified official account: The site had to load, carry the agency’s name and include a contact or application section.
City information in the agency’s own source: The address or office city had to be stated on the agency’s website. In other words, we did not consider addresses listed only on directory sites to be enough.
A specialism readable from the agency’s own menu: We reported sections such as “women”, “men”, “kids”, “curvy” and “cast” exactly as we saw them on the agency’s site; we did not speculate.

In this process, however, we were unable to include some well-known names. For example, some Istanbul agencies’ websites did not load on the date we checked, and one agency’s old domain redirected to an unrelated site. Of course, we are not saying these agencies have closed; we are only stating that we could not verify them from their own sources today. We will add them to the list once verification is possible.

Model agencies in Istanbul

Istanbul has the highest number of agencies, as it hosts the majority of Turkey’s fashion shoots, catalogue jobs and shows. The three agencies below list Istanbul as their headquarters.

Flash Model

Flash Model’s website shows women and men in separate sections; there is also an “In Town” section listing models who are in the city at the time. The agency’s Instagram account @flashmodelturkey carried Instagram’s verified badge on the date we checked and linked to flashmodel.com.tr in its bio. According to the agency’s profile on Models.com, Flash Model was founded in 2002 by Cemal Dindar. We did not, however, see a separate application form on the site; candidates need to get in touch via the contact page.

REEP Model Management

REEP shares its address in Galata on its contact page. The “Become a Model” form on the site asks for name, age, height and city, along with a portrait, a full-length photo and two polaroids. According to its profile on Models.com, the agency was founded in Istanbul in 2022 and focuses on developing new faces. The request for polaroids is worth underlining, especially for beginners: agencies usually want to see shots with no make-up, no filters and simple clothing.

Ice Model Management

Ice Model Management has one of the broadest section structures among the agencies on our list. Alongside women and men, its website includes kids, curvy (plus-size) and fitness sections, as well as a casting service for TV series, commercials, music videos and catalogue work. The online application form asks for age, height, bust-waist-hip measurements, shoe size, hair and eye colour, and photos. It also requires acceptance of the KVKK (Turkey’s personal data protection law) privacy notice.

Agencies that state they have an office in Istanbul but are headquartered in another city (Temas, Nasyonel, Duman) are listed below under Izmir.

Model agencies in Izmir

A significant number of the agencies we checked in Izmir run modelling alongside promotion, event organisation and acting services. This is no surprise in a city with a busy calendar of trade fairs and events; even so, it is worth asking which section the agency is placing you in when you apply.

Temas Ajans

According to its website, it was founded in Izmir in 2017 and today also works in Istanbul and Antalya. Alongside its model section, it offers promotion, event and production services. The application form opens from the site’s menu.

Tag Model Ajansı

It describes itself as an Izmir modelling agency and shares its office address in a business centre in Alsancak on its website. The homepage features model profiles and an application page linked to the “About Us” section.

Nasyonel Ajans

In its footer it presents itself as an Izmir casting and model agency. The model section is divided into women and men, while on the acting side there is also a separate child cast section. It also states that it has offices in Antalya and Istanbul.

Duman Ajans

The agency, also known as Duman Fashion Events, gives separate phone lines for Izmir and Istanbul. Its modelling application page has two separate forms for female and male candidates; it says the team will get back to you once the form has been completed and photos attached.

Model agencies in Ankara

In Ankara, the agency side is largely intertwined with casting and acting work. Even so, two of the agencies we checked show modelling as a separate section.

Joker Ajans

Joker Ajans’s website lists female, male and child model sections, a “Model Akademi Türkiye” heading and Ankara Fashion Week among the agency’s activities. Archive reports in Hürriyet, for example, state that the agency organised the “Models of Fashion” competition in Ankara. The 2025 edition of Ankara Fashion Week took place from 3 to 15 June 2025 (Atılım University announcement). Remember that at agencies with a children’s section, the application must be made by a parent.

Setroom Ajans

Setroom, which has an office on Tunalı Hilmi Street in Çankaya, lists modelling on its website alongside services such as acting, commercials and music videos, catalogue work and presenting. There is also an acting and catalogue section for children. The site has a form that opens via a “Şimdi Başvur” (Apply Now) link.

Model agencies in Antalya

In Antalya, tourism, hotel shoots and events drive the demand for models. The city also hosts Antalya Fashion Week, held for the ninth time in 2026 (Yeni Birlik, 3 June 2026). The agencies we checked are:

Naturel Ajans

It clearly states its business centre address in Muratpaşa on its website. On the acting side it offers talent management, cast and child cast; on the model side, there are women and men sections. There is a “Hemen Başvur” (Apply Now) page and a separate contact form.

BM Ajans

It describes itself as an Antalya-based model agency. It offers its model service alongside services such as influencer collaborations, social media management and trade fair and gala staff. However, no full address appears on the site; email and phone details are given for applications.

A note for modest (hijab), curvy and male models

Queries such as “how to become a hijab model” and “male modelling agency” appear in Google’s search suggestions. In fact, all the agencies on our list show male models in a separate section. The agency that shows curvy (plus-size) and fitness sections on its website is Ice Model Management. However, in this update we were unable to verify any agency that states on its official website that it works exclusively with modest (hijab) models. We therefore recommend that candidates wishing to work in this area ask the agency they apply to directly whether it handles modest-wear shoots.

10 things to look out for when choosing an agency

Official website and contact details: The agency should have its own domain, a full address or at least a corporate email address. Be cautious of operations that work only with a personal phone number.
Model roster: The site should show real models’ portfolios and published work.
Work references: Research the brands, magazine shoots or shows the agency has worked on; if possible, check that the agency’s name appears in the credits of published work.
Requests for money: Being asked for money at the application stage under the name of “registration”, “portfolio” or “photos” is one of the most common scam patterns. News reports and articles by law firms tell the stories of people who have been defrauded this way. If you encounter such a request, be sure to research the agency before paying anything; for details, see our guide How to Spot a Fake Model Agency.
Contract: The commission rate, contract length, exclusivity (working only with that agency) and termination terms should be in writing. Read it before you sign; if necessary, show it to a lawyer.
Your personal data: The application form should include a KVKK privacy notice. Ask where and how your photos will be used.
Applications from under-18s: For child and teenage models, a parent should make the application and accompany them to shoots.
Specialism: Runway, commercial catalogue, commercial acting and event work carry different expectations. Be clear about which section you have been placed in.
Meeting place: Prefer for the first meeting to take place at the agency’s office or in a busy, safe location.
Pressure and urgency: Approaches that say “if you don’t decide now you’ll miss the opportunity” and don’t give you time to think are a warning sign.

Steps to applying to a model agency

Take your measurements: Height, bust, waist, hips, shoe size; hair and eye colour. Forms from agencies such as Ice Model Management, for example, require this information as mandatory fields.
Prepare polaroids and natural photos: In daylight, in front of a plain wall, with no make-up or very light make-up; face (front and profile), waist-up and full-length shots. REEP’s form asks for a portrait, a full-length photo and two polaroids. You don’t need an expensive studio shoot; a phone camera is enough.
Draw up a list of agencies: Choose agencies from this guide in the city where you live and in the field you want to work in. You can apply to more than one agency; but if you have signed an exclusive contract, abide by its terms.
Use the official form: Prefer the form on the agency’s own website or its official email address. Accounts that send messages on social media under the name of an “agency” may not be an official channel.
Wait for a reply: Agencies may not respond to every application. After a few weeks you can send a short, polite reminder.
Meeting and test shoot: If the agency is interested, it will invite you to meet. Review the contract at this stage, without rushing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How old do you need to be to apply to a model agency?

On the agency forms we checked, age is requested as a mandatory field but no fixed minimum is stated. Agencies with a children’s section (Ice, Joker, Setroom, Naturel, Nasyonel) also consider young candidates; for applicants under 18, the application must be made by a parent.

Do I need professional photos to apply to an agency?

No. Agencies generally want simple photos and polaroids taken in natural light. REEP’s application form, for example, asks for a portrait, a full-length photo and two polaroids. A studio shoot is therefore not required at the application stage.

How can I tell whether an agency is genuine?

Look at its official website, full address, model roster and published work. Being asked for money at the application stage under the name of registration, portfolio or photos is one of the known scam patterns; in that case, research the agency before paying anything.

Can I apply to more than one agency at the same time?

At the application stage, yes. But if you have signed an exclusive contract with an agency, its terms may restrict you from working with other agencies. Be sure to read this clause before signing.

I live in Izmir, Ankara or Antalya; can I apply to agencies in Istanbul?

Yes. Forms are mostly completed online and ask for your city. Some agencies, such as Temas and Nasyonel, list offices or service areas in more than one city. However, since a significant share of jobs are shot in Istanbul, it helps to state from the outset whether you are able to travel.
